Refund Policy

VISA FACILITATION.

Loiz Tours & Travels requires upfront payment for consultation, administration, and visa fees before starting the visa facilitation process, and fees are non refundable should your visa be refused by the issuing country. We would however give another slot to reapply without paying for consultation and administration, but the visa fees for re-application would be paid by the customer.

VISA APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING.

Visa appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled on customers request within a 7 working days notice, if processing has not commenced with the issuing countries. However, administrative fees are non refundable. Rescheduling will be done according to the Terms & Conditions of the issuing countries.

VISA RENEWAL.

Visa renewal fees, processing and administration fees are non refundable should a customer’s application be unsuccessful. However, another slot will be given to the customer to reapply without extra payment of processing and administration fee. The customer(s) would pay the visa fee for re-application.

VISA CONSULTING.

Visa consulting and administration fee is non refundable.

ONLINE FILLING OF VISA FORMS.

Online filling of visa forms fee is non refundable. A customer has to:

Provide all the necessary supporting documents required for a successful application

Loiz Tours & Travels is not liable for visa refusal cost based on wrong information and records supplied by the customer

Keep to the scheduled appointment or reschedule 3 working days before the appointment

Reschedule the session only once, after which new fee will be charged

TOURS & HOLIDAY PACKAGES.

Loiz Tours & Travels requires full payment of the tour/travel package once the trip and cost have been agreed upon by both Loiz Tours & Travels and the customer.

This covers all the seasons and guarantees the booking of the trip. Instalmental payment can be agreed upon, however booking cannot be guaranteed unless full payment is confirmed. Payment means our Terms & Conditions have been read and agreed.

In the event of a cancellation/amendment by either Loiz Tours & Travels, customer or the third party supplier/tour operator, payment made would be non refundable. A transferable voucher or credit note will be issued to the customer for use at a later date.

ELECTRONIC VOUCHERS & RECEIPTS.

All electronic tickets (E-Tickets), hotel vouchers and receipts of purchases on the website are sent via email. Scheduled changes, if made after a booking, will be communicated to the customer via email. Do check your email for regular updates.

FLIGHT BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS.

In the event of any cancellation, the non-refundable, non-transferable and non rebookable clause will be implemented. The email sent to the customer prior to purchase and upon confirmation will include this information.

PROMO AND LOW FARES.

Please note all promo as well as low fares tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-rebookable.

INTERNATIONAL TICKETS NOT USED

Most tickets that are partially used are classed as non-refundable. Refunds have a time frame and will be based on the Airlines Terms & Conditions as at the time of purchase of ticket. Tickets that are partially used are usually declared as non-refundable, non-transferable and non-rebookable by Airlines. Hence, no refund.

Tickets not used at all will have its value stored in a travel fund and are non-transferrable. Whenever the customer is willing to travel again within the time frame given by the Airlines, the travel fund is deducted from the newly purchased ticket. The email sent to the customer prior to purchase and upon confirmation will include this information.

According to Airline fare rules, some air tickets are completely non-refundable. Whatever may be the reason for any cancellation including wars, death, weather, medical reasons, strikes, natural disasters, airline default or government travel warnings will not entitle a customer to any refund.

Please note where tickets are refundable, cancellation penalties are imposed by the Airline. Loiz Tours & Travels will charge a fee for processing a refund request.

DATE CHANGE.

Please note where there is a request for a date change, fees are charged by the Airlines and by Loiz Tours & Travels.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

Ticket refund is subject to the Airlines policy. Economy non-flex tickets are non-refundable. However, the ticket can be rescheduled and it is open for a year from the ticket’s original date of issue.

Voluntary Refund – Voluntary ticket refund requests MAY BE granted less 35% of the original ticket fare, plus administrative charges.

Airline Refund – Airline ticket refund is initiated by the airline when a flight is cancelled, a voucher is issued or flight is rescheduled to a later date. There may be an option for a full refund depending on the refund policy of the airline. Please note that the option of a full refund can be cumbersome. Hence, it is advisable to reschedule the flight or take a voucher where offered.

COMPLETE REFUND

In the event of flight cancellation without a replacement, a complete refund MAY BE possible in such a circumstance, depending on the refund policy of the airline.

NO SHOW/LAST MINUTE REFUND

No refund will be made to a No Show customer. Also, no refund will be made for a last minute cancellation to any customer.

VALIDITY OF TICKET

No refund will be made outside of the validity of a ticket.

RESERVATION NOT FULLY PAID

Reservation not fully paid will be automatically cancelled by the system. Refund due will attract a 10% charge plus administrative charge and this will be deducted from the amount paid once the ticketing deadline has elapsed.

HOTEL BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS.

In the event of any cancellation, hotel payments are subject to certain hours of notice before the date of check in. Where this is within the time frame, the full payment (less any cancellation and administration fees) will be refunded to the customer. Where this is outside the time frame, payment is treated as non-refundable. However, this depends on the cancellation and refund policy of the respective hotel.

LOIZ TOURS & TRAVELS ONLINE COACHING SERVICES

There are no refunds for services that have been paid for. However, the customer can reschedule the training at the discretion of the trainer. Secondly there is the option of receiving vouchers within the same range of services.

Please note that Loiz Tours & Travels have the right to reschedule any training and a new training date will be communicated.
